OK, the headline is a bit misleading, but that’s the way Universe Today is reporting it. Just goes to show that WoW is now so popular that the name World of Warcraft is seen in the general media as a synonym for MMO or massively multiplayer online game. Anyway… the point is, the U.S. space agency is apparently developing an MMO to encourage students to get involved with science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Hmmm… I think I’d rather see Blizzard’s take on the theme with Starcraft Online (please???).
